About the Piece
The idea for The Lutheran Hymn Suite came to me while I was listening to and researching David Maslanka’s Symphony No.4. The six movements are all based around different hymn and liturgical songs from the Evangelical Lutheran Church. Each movement has something unique to offer to listeners and players alike. Enjoy!
